Description

We are now looking for a technical support for our refuse vehicles! We are looking for a knowledgeable and committed person with experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics, primarily on various types of refuse vehicles.

About the Position

As a technical support at JOAB, you will play an important role in ensuring that our superstructures function as they should. You will work with troubleshooting and problem-solving in mechanics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and control systems. Contact will primarily be via phone and email with both internal and external workshops.

The role also includes some administrative tasks, such as reporting back in our business system. Occasionally, it may be necessary to travel to customers to solve problems on-site – therefore, it is important that you are flexible and enjoy being out in the field.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of technical support, you need to have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to develop. Experience in troubleshooting in electrical and hydraulic systems is important, and if you also have knowledge in software programming, that is a big plus. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and are able to travel for work.

Meritorious

Experience as a mechanic for hydraulic superstructures, C driver's license, knowledge of additional languages beyond Swedish and English.

We are flexible regarding the placement of the position, preferably based in Gothenburg or Blomstermåla. The position involves a fair amount of travel.
